How and when do I get paid for my tickets sales?

To make sure you get paid for your ticket sales, it is important to create a Stripe account and need to link that account to ‘The Event Pass” platform. Once linked, ‘The Event Pass” platform will send in real time the collected payments from your customers to your Stripe account. Depending on your payout schedule, funds from your transactions will be paid out to your bank account on a rolling basis. Let’s get started.

  • 1. Log In to your and go to the ‘Payment options”

  • 2. Click on the “Connect with Stripe” button

  • 3. Allow the connection to “The Event Pass” Platform

Sign in to your Stripe account or fill out the form to create a your new Stripe account.

Click on “Connect my Stripe account” button

At this step you will be redirected back to “The Event Pass” platform. Please Log in to complete the connection.

You’ll see your linked account on your account. From there, you can view and if necessary delete payout method you’ve set up by clicking on the trash icon.
